Visual Style

The visual style I went for was somewhere between cartoon and realism. I realised with lack of experience going for a realistic model was way beyond me, so I tried to find a balance between the two.

I realised what I was making looked dated, so I actually took inspiration from older video games such as Tomb Raider (Core Design, Aspyr, 1996) and the Harry Potter games (KnowWonder, Argonaut Games, Griptonite Games, 2001) to try and make it work like this instead of redoing the whole thing. In my opinion it looks kinda cool like that, and still fits in with the original idea.

The one on the left is a lot like the model I made, just a lower polygon count. Right one is goals.
